WildMon provides biodiversity MRV services as part of its mission to make biodiversity intelligence more accessible. While the organisation had already delivered several successful MRV projects, this expertise had not yet been packaged into a repeatable offer or supported by a structured business-development approach.
Working with WildMon’s scientific and leadership teams, we sharpened the narrative, packaged its MRV capabilities specifically for organisations investing in regenerative agriculture and agroforestry—including corporates, governments, and conservation and restoration organisations.
We also built a more active approach to growth: identifying priority prospects, refining partner-facing materials, creating a structured pipeline and engaging potential partners earlier in project development. This support has helped WildMon secure repeat MRV contracts, and become embedded in new initiatives and establish longe-term collaborations for both commercial and impact purposes.
