The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is a specialized UN agency that sets the standards and regulations for aviation safety, security, and environmental protection.​​​​​​​
With a growing video library and livestream audience, ICAO decided to launch an OTT platform to improve their audience's viewing experience and create new revenue opportunities. In the first 3 months, ICAO TV grew to 30,000 subscribers, triple the growth seen on YouTube over two years, achieved over 50% retention on new videos, and secured USD $150,000 in launch sponsorships.​​​​​​​
