The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is the United Nations specialized agency responsible for setting global standards and regulations for aviation safety, security, and environmental protection.
To expand the reach of its thought leadership content and diversify revenue opportunities, I led the launch of ICAO TV, an OTT platform designed to provide a dedicated home for its growing library of video content and global livestream programming. Working closely with internal stakeholders, my team shaped the platform's launch strategy and audience growth initiatives.
Within its first three months, ICAO TV grew to over 30,000 subscribers, tripling the audience growth achieved on YouTube over two years, while maintaining more than 50% retention on new content and securing USD $150,000 in launch sponsorships.
