Background
The International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) is a specialized UN agency that sets the standards and regulations for aviation safety, security, and environmental protection.​​​​​​​
The Project
With a growing library of video content, ICAO decided to explore new ways of content delivery, while also creating new revenue opportunities. Creating an OTT platform provided new ways to engage their audience, gather subscriber data for a more personalized experience, and enabled diverse revenue streams. In the first 3 months, ICAO TV grew to 30,000 subscribers, triple the growth seen on YouTube over two year, achieved over 50% retention on new videos, and secured USD $150,000 in launch sponsorships.​​​​​​
